We offer standard delivery within mainland UK. Delivery to addresses that are outside mainland UK will vary in cost and will be applied after placing an order. Delivery is FREE for orders with a goods value of over £75. For orders with a goods value of less than £75 we charge a fee depending on weight and size and is calculated in your shopping cart.

Standard Delivery means that our aim is that for all orders received before 8pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) we will despatch on the next day with delivery the next working day (subject to external factors such as severe weather). For orders received after 8pm, over the weekend and on Bank Holidays we will despatch on the day after next working day for delivery the next working day. We do guarantee, however, that goods will be despatched within 3 working days (unless otherwise stated), subject to stock availability.

Please note that when your parcel is despatched our DPD or Royal Mail couriers will contact you with tracking details to enable you to track your parcel. We pay for a full tracked and signed for service, if you request that the parcel is left without a signature in a safe place then we can take no liability in respect of that parcel if it goes missing or is damaged. If DPD or or Royal Mail are unable to deliver to the requested address then they will take your parcel to the nearest DPD Pickup shop or Post Office collection point and leave a card or message you to update you.

If a parcel is taken to a DPD Pickup Shop it will normally be held there for 7 days, or if a parcel is taken to a Post Office collection point it will be held there for 18 days, after which, if uncollected, it will automatically be returned to us.

If goods are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address, refusal by the customer or because of customer failure to contact the courier or failure to collect from pickup point, once goods are received back by us we will refund the value of the goods less any costs charged to us by the couriers for returning the goods. If you require the goods to be re-despatched to you then there will be a delivery charge for this.

If an incorrect postcode or address is given to us and we are not notified of the revised address before the parcel is despatched then any costs to re-direct to a new address must be covered by you, this is likely if the revised address involves the courier re-routing the parcel through a new depot.

We do not despatch on bank holidays or weekends - orders placed on those days will be processed on the next working day.
